Racii Cook Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Racii! These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals registering as a Cook on our platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with local food safety regulations.

2. Responsibilities

• Maintain proper hygiene and food safety standards.
• Deliver food as described in your listing with honesty and consistency.
• Communicate clearly with clients and avoid last-minute cancellations.

3. Payments

Racii processes all payments securely. Payouts are released after the client confirms receipt of service.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Frequent cancellations without valid reasons may result in account suspension.

5. Liability

Cooks are fully responsible for the food they prepare. Racii provides a platform to connect cooks and clients but does not control how food is prepared or delivered.

6. Account Suspension

Racii reserves the right to remove or suspend accounts that violate these terms or compromise safety.
